Shipping & Returns

Our orders are custom made and take 72 hours to ship domestically and 4 business days to Ship internationally ( not counting weekends ). We are also unable to provide our customers with a tracking number for the same period of time.

International Orders Please Note.: Due to customs regulations in certain countries we may need to hold your order for additional 2 days. To ensure your order will be delivered and not seized. We are unable to provide a tracking number until such time the order is accepted at the USPS office.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide us with a valid physical street address in order for us to ship products to you.


What is your return policy?

We will accept returns on unopened products for up to 30 days after you have received them less a 15% restocking fee (not including original shipping and handling fee and any actual shipping charges that we incur). We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. Dissatisfaction with opened containers must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

We cannot accept returns on any heat-damaged products(such as melted bars). It will be your responsibility to be available to receive your package(s), or to leave special instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbors house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Alternatively, you may have your order delivered to your workplace. You can contact UPS by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE PROPERLY INSURED. If we never receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.

Should you receive a product you didn't order or an incomplete shipment, we will make every attempt to correct your order or issue a refund for the missing items. In cases such as these, We will reimburse you for any return shipping charges you incur.

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us via e-mail at
service@musclesci-store.com and follow the instructions below on how to return items. Once your damaged product(s) have been returned to us, we will send a replacement immediately. In this case, we will pay for any additional shipping charges.


How do I return something?

Before returning a product, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by sending an e-mail to
service@musclesci-store.com and provide the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. Your name
  3. The product(s) being returned
  4. Reason(s) for return
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. Your e-mail address

We will immediately issue you an RMA number. You must write this RMA number on your invoice and include it in your return package. All shipments returned without a valid RMA number will be refused.
